We collect information from you when you register on our site, connect a domain, create mailboxes, use API features, contact support, or browse our website.

We will never provide your personal information or email address to third parties except where they are specifically engaged to help us deliver and operate our services.

We take utmost care to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.

3. Cookies

You can disable cookies, but please note that doing so may disable some features on our site.

4. Google user data

When you connect a Google Workspace or Gmail account, we store your Google account id, email address, name, profile picture URL, granted scopes, and OAuth access and refresh tokens. Tokens are encrypted. We use them only to send email you create in mails.now and to confirm the connection is still valid. We do not read your inbox, labels, contacts, or Google Photos.

We keep this data while the account stays connected. If you disconnect it, we revoke the token with Google and delete the stored tokens, Google profile fields, and the connected mailbox record.
