We built Mails.now because we believed managing business email should be much simpler.

After more than two decades of experience building software, working with email technologies, and helping businesses deliver email at scale, we saw the same problems repeatedly. Setting up mailboxes, configuring domains, managing DNS records, connecting multiple providers, and running email campaigns often required several different tools and too much manual work.

We wanted to change that.
